Weekend Explorer Trip Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. How to Enter: There is one (1) way to enter the Weekend Explorer Trip Giveaway: (1) Online: Log-on to: http://www.weekendexplorer.com/tripgiveaway.php (ìWeb Siteî) between 12:01 am (PT) on July 12th, 2010 ("Start Date") and 11:59 pm (PT) on July 31, 2010 ("End Date") (the "Promotion Period") and follow the prompts to complete the Lake Powell Trip Giveaway signup form, also known as the official entry form, then press enter to be electronically entered. Free internet access is available at many public libraries and schools and free e-mail accounts are available through a variety of providers. Limit of one (1) sweepstakes entry per person, per family, per e-mail address or household address during promotion period.

2. Grand Prize: Two nights stay at the Lake Powell Resort, Two Rainbow Bridge Cruise tickets, One full-day powerboat rental, and breakfast for two in the Rainbow Room. Gratuity excluded. Winner will be notified on the details of how to collect their prize. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $590 with a Cash Value $.01 (one-cent). One Grand Prize will be awarded. Trip may not be taken on holidays and some other blackout dates. Trip must be taken within one year of the end of the entry period. No prize or date substitution will be allowed.

3. Drawing: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined. Drawing will be held within one week of the last day to enter. Winners will be notified by email within two weeks. Once notified, winners have one week to respond. Winners that do not respond during this period will lose their prize. Prizes will be sent within two weeks of notification to Winners. Winners must contact Barnstormer Productions within one month of being notified, if they have not received their prize. Barnstormer Productions is not responsible for prizes ìlost in the mailî, but Barnstormer Productions at their own discretion my cancel the lost tickets and reissue them or offer a prize of similar value. All unclaimed prizes will be retained by Barnstormer Productions for distribution at their discretion.

4. Eligibility: The Weekend Explorer Trip Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona 18 years of age or older at time of entry who reside within Arizona zip code service areas: Employees of CoxCom, Inc., Cox Communications, Inc., and the employees of each of their respective affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of all the foregoing employees, and all others with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to participate in this Trip Giveaway.

5. General: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's agreement to abide by and be bound by the rules of the Giveaway and the judgesí decisions. Except where prohibited, entry into this Giveaway constitutes permission for the Sponsor and their designated parties to use, should they choose to do so, the winnerís name and likeness for promotion, advertising and publicity purposes at no additional compensation. These rules may not be reproduced or reprinted in part or in their entirety without the express written permission of the sponsor.

By accepting a prize, winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said Prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said Prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said Prize and winner releases Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and promotion and advertising agencies from any and all liability, loss or damage, incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize related activities and acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize. Prize Winner will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state or Arizona taxes on Anyone who attempts to defraud Sponsor will be prosecuted and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of Prize.

6. Internet: Sponsor is not responsible for the failure or unavailability of hardware, software, electronic communications, interrupted or unavailable network server or other Internet connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries or incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in this Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. Any entrant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to play multiple times or to interfere with the proper play of this Sweepstakes, will be disqualified from participation in this and future Sweepstakes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to discontinue, suspend, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such discontinuation, suspension, termination or modification, the winners of any remaining prizes not yet won will be determined from among all eligible entries received to date that are unaffected by the problem, in a random drawing to be conducted by the judges following the discontinuation, suspension, termination or modification of the Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that each entry becomes the property of Sponsor and that such entry may be used by the Sponsor for any proper purpose. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Arizona exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Arizona. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Arizona and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Arizona. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Phoenix, AZ.
