Where in North America you are most likely to see a Grizzly Bear?
Audubon Magazine reports Glacier National Park has densest grizzly population in North America one bear to every eight square miles compared to one bear per 40 square miles in Yellowstone and one bear per 57 square miles in Alaskas Brook Range. Bear attacks are very infrequent in Glacier National Park. You are more likely to be struck by lightening or drown than be attacked by a bear.
You need not be concerned about being attacked though. There is an excellent primer that you will be given when you enter the park to make sure that you are safe in Grizzly country.
